Summary
I completed my undergraduate degree at Pamukkale University in 2012. My thesis was about the three-dimensional modeling of substrate interactions with cytochrome P450s. After receiving my bachelor's degree, I joined the Arslan laboratory as an MSc student and wrote my thesis titled "Assessment of CYP1A1 inhibition by natural polyphenols applying in vitro and molecular docking studies." During my PhD, I studied the anticancer and antimicrobial activities of natural polysaccharides in human tumor cell lines and pathogenic microorganisms under the supervision of Prof. Sevki Arslan. At that time, I participated in different projects funded by TUBITAK as a scholarship recipient. Now, I am working as an Assistant Professor at Uskudar University.
